Another one of Carlita! I've finished sorting out all my photos, so now they're all edited and catalogued. And in doing that, I seem to have stumbled over some older photos I'd forgotten about. So I think a few of those will be showing up here as deviations. Hope you guys don't mind. In this photo, it is as if she's asking my permission to play with the feather wand next to her. Of course, it was chewed up moments later.
Hope you like this one!
Photo taken at my old home in Norway, February 2006.

Quick FAQ: "How many cats do you really have??" I get asked this quite a lot. I currently don't have any cats living with me. My two cats, Baltsar and Mizzie, are living with my sister. They can be seen in my deviant ID. For more questions and answers, check out my FAQ journal.
"Can I use this image for [purpose]?" I get asked this quite a lot too. Some don't even ask. My images are not stock and should not be treated as such. You may not use my images for manipulations and you may not submit my images to any other site. You may however use any of my images as a reference to a drawing or painting. Please send me a note if you use my images for reference.
This is a beautiful picture that stands out in all of the deviations that show kittens. The playfulness of the cat is shown, and even a touch of harmless mischief. The expression on Carlita's face and the calm pose she is in makes the photo all the more impressive. The striking color contrast between the bright red and pure white also adds a touch of beauty and stunning visual impact. The only thing I would change is the color of the backgound to something more contrasting with the kitten, so you could see the subject more clearly in the photo.
This piece is so beautiful it almost made me cry. Carlita's innocent eyes, her adorable little ears and her whole posture stand out and offer the picture an impressive look. That touch of red makes an excellent contrast against Carlita's white-snow fur. Amazing ♥
